## 問い合わせ前に準備する情報

1. 対象商品、顧客条件、最小値・最大値など、想定するルールを記録します。
2. 数量、商品金額、重量、チェックアウト可否など、実際の結果を記録します。
3. 関連ルール、機能スイッチ、メッセージの画像を用意します。顧客ルールではログイン状態とテスト用タグも伝えます。
4. 再現手順を記録し、顧客名、メール、住所などの個人情報を隠します。
